Who is Iron Heritage? Iron Heritage is a veteran-owned heritage apparel brand founded in 2025 in Iron Station, NC. Every design in our catalog is rooted in history, the knights, the warriors, the founders, the sentries. Men whose choices still echo across centuries. We build for the man who knows where he came from and takes that seriously.
Are you veteran owned? Yes. Built by someone who served. Every design decision is made with the same standard expected in uniform, intentional, disciplined, and worth standing behind.
You're a new company. Why should I trust you? Fair question. Iron Heritage was founded in 2025. We're new. The standard we hold ourselves to isn't. We back every order with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee because we stand behind what we make. If it isn't right, we'll make it right. That's not a policy. That's how we operate.
What do your designs mean? Every shirt in this catalog tells a true story. We don't put graphics on shirts, we put history on them. Each design has a specific historical reference, a specific reason it exists, and a specific man it was made for. The stories behind every design are on each product page. Read them before you buy. If the story doesn't mean something to you, the shirt isn't for you.
What does Iron Heritage stand for? We believe men who know where they came from are better equipped to lead, protect, and build where they're going. Too many men have been cut off from the traditions, stories, and warrior ethos that forged their ancestors. Iron Heritage exists to restore that connection, one shirt at a time.
SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT
Where do you ship from? Iron Heritage is veteran-owned and operated out of Iron Station, NC. Every domestic order is printed on American soil, Florida and Texas. That's not a marketing line. It's a standard we hold ourselves to. For our international customers, we've partnered with trusted printers around the world to make sure your order reaches you without the wait. Same quality. How long does shipping take? Every Iron Heritage shirt is made to order, printed specifically for you when you place your order. That means it isn't sitting in a warehouse somewhere. It's made right. Here's what to expect:
Production: 2-5 business days Shipping: 5-10 business days after production Total: 7-14 business days from order to delivery
We know that's longer than clicking a button and getting a box the next day. The tradeoff is a shirt made specifically for you, not pulled from a shelf.
Why does my order take longer than I'm used to? Because it's made when you order it, not before. We don't carry inventory. Every shirt is printed to order which means your shirt didn't exist before you bought it. That takes a few extra days. It also means no waste, no overstock, and no cutting corners to move product. We think that's the right way to operate.
Do you ship internationally? Yes. We've partnered with trusted printers around the globe to fulfill international orders locally and reduce shipping time. Delivery windows vary by country. Customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the customer and vary by location.
How do I track my order? You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 7 business days of ordering, contact us at the email below and we'll find out where it stands.
What if my order is taking longer than expected? Production and shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays happen. If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days of placing it, contact us directly. We'll track it down and make it right.
PRODUCT & SIZING
What size should I order? Bella+Canvas 3001 runs true to size. If you're between sizes, size up. Every product page has a full size guide with exact measurements. Check it before you order, it'll save everyone time.
What brand of shirt do you use? Bella+Canvas 3001 Unisex Jersey Tee. Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton. It's the blank that serious apparel brands choose because quality isn't optional. Lightweight, durable, and built to hold a print.
What colors are available? Most designs are available in Black, Dark Grey Heather, and Navy. Black is the standard, it's what the designs were built for. The other colorways are available for the man who wants options.
Will the print fade or crack over time? Not if you treat it right. Wash inside out, cold water, tumble dry low. No bleach. The print is designed to last. How you care for it determines how long it does.
How do I care for my shirt? Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean. Iron on low heat if needed, never directly on the print.
ORDERS & RETURNS
Can I change or cancel my order? We begin production quickly after an order is placed. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately at the email below. We'll do everything we can but we can't guarantee changes once production has started.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect? Contact us within 30 days with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll reprint and reship at no cost to you. No argument. No hassle.
Do you accept returns? Because every shirt is made to order, we don't accept returns for sizing issues or change of mind. We strongly encourage you to check the size guide on each product page before ordering. For defective or incorrect items, we will always make it right, see above.
What is your satisfaction guarantee? Every Iron Heritage product is built to last. If it isn't right for any reason, contact us within 30 days. We stand behind everything we make.
